Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at Main Elementary! We are excited to welcome everyone back to school. We are busy preparing classrooms and gathering resources to support instruction for our students. Our work will align with our vision and mission of building strong and meaningful relationships and providing rigorous and effective instruction for our students. We will prioritize instructional time in order to give our students what they need to be successful now, and at the next level.

I am very excited about the upcoming school year! To ensure a great start for each child, the staff and I have spent time analyzing student performance data, identifying successful strategies for teaching, and reaffirming our commitment to make Main an environment that reflects high expectations and opportunities for our students. Please know that we are committed to the education and success of each child and seek to nurture a strong partnership between home and school.

Our focus this year is to increase parent and family engagement along with the support of our community stakeholders. These are both significant catalysts in the success of each of our students. Please join us as we collaborate our efforts to realign Main Elementary with our Rome community’s history and the integral part it has played in the futures of our past students.

I look forward to many years of working collaboratively with you to ensure we continue to have a high-quality instructional program, where all students are learning and thriving. It is an honor to serve the Main community. Our theme this year is “Move Main: All Aboard!” I look forward to an amazing school year. Go Wolves!
